Excellent product for the price - my wife suffers from back problems and she gets instant relief from this massage chair. It appears to be very durable, even though my wife presses against it very hard to get a deeper massage.

I waited on this Homedics product to come back in stock because I wanted the cushion with heat. Am disappointed, as are other reviewers, that this thing doesn't have the heat. I am sure it had heat in the description...I have an older version (also Homedics) which broke and I temporarily fixed. I wanted spot massage, which this chair has, but am not clear exactly how it's supposed to work (well). The older version gives a deeper massage so I was hoping this one would be on par, at least. That is not the case.Testing it out today, since I just received it. It's making an odd noise. May be returning this and buying the heated chair cushion from elsewhere.

this is a excellent massage chair pad, works great ,makes your back feel good!, only thing it does not have heat, so if you want heat buy the next up model, great buy , love it

an awesome tool. This quad roller has an extreme amount of massage action, not for the weak or frail. My only complaint is that there is no heat with the massage, but not really an issue. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great chair massage. It targets both lower and upper back or anywhere in between. No neck action.

Its a great massager. I was using it last night and I almost fell asleep in the chair. The only thing is it doesnt get high enough on your back to reach your shoulders but it worked great on the rest of my back. Definitely a great bargain and a great buy!

The product is very good. I was led to believe that the quad roller shiatzu came with a heating pad. It indicated so in my first reference to the product. I was disappointed that the unit was not heated.

Everything about this massager is good, except the most important thing of all. I could have sworn that the description said it was heated. That was one of the main reasons for purchasing this particular cushion. It was a gift for my mother-in-law, who used her last one until it quit working.

Imagine our disappointment when the box was opened on Christmas morning only to discover their was no power cord/adapter in the box. We will be returning this gift today.

Bought this for my husband who drives all day, and always has sore muscles and knots in his back. He uses this every day, and says, "this is the BEST present I have EVER gotten in my whole life". Worth every penny. The only drawback is that is doesn't get the shoulders, but every part of the back is worked!

The despription on the webpage says it has the heat function. That's why I purchased it, but it didn't have the function. Massaging part is pretty good. You may find it a little to hard on your back if you are sensitive to pain. It's not as quiet as I thought it was going to be, so I have to turn up the TV volume when I use it watching TV. I wish there was more cushion in the front of the rollers. But after all, it does massage. Just remember, there's no heat funcion.

Best thing I've ever invested in and the price was super.I am sure I'll buy again.
