This product functions as described with no issues. There is a 15 minute auto shut off that can be frustrating because just as I feel the benefits of this massage cushion it shuts down and it is advised to not use for longer than 15 minutes at a time. Item was received as ordered in a timely manner.

This is a good massage chair. Its better than any I've used. I think the next step up is one of those very fancy actual chairs that costs thousands. The full back shiatsu massage system is pretty good. You can change the width and use the remote to put it in a certain spot, which is nice. It also has a rolling aspect and that isn't anything to write home about. It is what it is, but no one cares. The upper shoulder massage system is good. I have to move it all the way down to get in between my shoulder blades. It's default position is at your neck, but they don't stick out far enough to actually get your neck so that's a wash. I will say that if you push your back against it too hard, the back balls will stutter near the top. That is a bad thing and it is weird. The heat works for both. I think I like getting a massage everyday. You would like it too.

This is my third one of these I have had each time a newer model and this is the best so far , the joy stick lets me put it right in the spot I want. It works really good on my bad back , neck and shoulders gives alot of relief. And no problems yet since it is a refurbished one was not sure about signs of use or wear but none and works smooth, just no marked factory box.

I've had Shiatsu massagers in the past and have loved them. I was very disappointed with this one. It came broke and I ended up paing for the shipping to send it back!
