I saw this for twice the price at kohls, spent 30min in store trying this thing out and fell in love. Found it on here, bought 2 to give as gifts, and of course I had to ensure it works before I gift it!, it feels great, exact copy of twice as expensive one in dptmt store! The heat function is wonderful, and it has 2 modes, shiatsu and rolling, u can have it work ur full back or only upper or lower, and the "rolling" mode has a width adjustment so it works exactly where u want it to

This gives you a rather hard massage. It does the trick. Some might think it's too hard. Don't sit at it too long, especially with the heat on. Works just like it says!

Ordered for husband who has RA. Was hoping he could use it lying down, not sitting up in a chair. Not recommended for lying down due to the message feature massageing too rough. Just not worth the money. But if you are confined to sitting in a chair a great deal of the time, this item may work for you. Remote control feature was nice.

First of all, this was a Christmas gift for my husband and it didn't come in a box or wrapped in brown paper. So obviously my husband saw his gift. He took it out of the box, set it up excitedly, it worked for a minute then stopped completely and wouldn't work again. The good thing was that it didn't cost us anything to ship it back and we were given a refund.

It feels good after a long work day! It doesn't get as high around the neck as I would like but it still relaxes tense muscles. My friend has a similar one but, I like mine much better.

I bought this for my husband who is having back issues. He likes it a lot- says it loosens up his back. I tried it myself; for me the shiatsu setting is too intense, feels like it could bruise you. But if you like a deep massage, this may be for you. The remote control is easy to use. For the price, worth it.

Message Cushion came quickly, a tad heavy, comes with a carring case for travel. I have the Homeomedics full body pad for my Son who is a diver. Bought this for my other Son who is a drummer in a band and is constantly in a hunched position when playing. sometimes for 2-3 hours. I had tied it before giving it to him, and although it does go up and down from shoulders to lower back, I felt that the body pad just does a better job. Their is minimal padding on this chair, so you can feel the balls and they feel like plastic, However it is easier to carry than the Message full body pad, because it folds up and has a case. So it just depends if portability or stationary message is what your looking for. For the price, it is worth it.
