I bought this for my 74 yr old father who still works as a security guard. I love the fact that he can take it in his vehicle and take it to work with him. He has a lot of back pain, and he loves this.The heat only works when there is pressure on the mat, which is a great safety feature.Loved It, and might even buy one for myself...

We were so happy with the first Homedics BKS-100CAM back massager that we purchased, that we purchased a second one so we'd each have one. Both of us have back problems and really enjoy the combination of massage and heat.After trying a few other brands, this one helped us the most. I'd highly recommend it.

This back massager is exactly what I wanted....heat with gentle massaging...I use this product while sitting on the couch watching television at night.

Broke within the first year. Heat never worked well.

This works alright, it does all that it says, just was looking for more of a massager than a back vibrator!

I'm not sure the massage part is as great as other regular massage chairs, but the heat part is wonderful. It gets warm in an instant. I wish the heat worked without the massage and the heat was all over instead of just the back. But overall, I'm very happy.

I've only had this about a month, but it's been great. I can't help but wonder how these things work when I'm sitting with my full weight on them and being massaged from under as well as behind, but so far, it's not complaining (I'm average weight). I hope it lasts, but so far, so great.

This is one of the better massagers made by Homedics. We had purchased some of the newer ones and certain sections of the massagers stopped working after the first day. This one has been working great and has a massager in the buttocks/thighs/legs area which is what we wanted along with the back massager. It does not turn off after 15 minutes which I like. It has a heat button you can use also which supposedly wont work if you are not sitting on the pad which is a nice feature I think. These are hard to find but well worth it. Overstock was the only place I could find it. You can use it in your car if you want. The material is really nice and soft.

I bought this as a gift for my Office Manager's B-day. She is always cold in her office. So the heating element sounded great. There is one small problem though, the heat will only come on when you have the "massage" on. Which kind of stinks if you just want it to stay warm. When it vibrates it's not loud but you can hear that it's on. It is nice looking though, it does look exactly like the picture and I couldn't find a better price. Some sites had it for a little less but then their shipping charges were insane and it made it come to a lot more!
