The best hair color
I think this is the best hair color product on the market. Finally we don't have to deal with horrible smell or burning scalp. I have a lot of red undertone in my color, so it was always difficult for me to achieve ash tone. This color did an excellent job!!!!

Hair color on box lighter than on website
I was unable to use the product. Being that my hair is darker, I was afraid to use such a light hair dye.

Yes, but
I would tell them that it doesn't include a container to mix it, nor a stick to mix it with. You can use just a bit, if you have need for a small amount, and it doesn't go bad once you open it. However, you must measure it yourself. I opted to just mix it all; it was easier. It wasn't as good of a gray coverage as other products, but if it is healthier, I'll deal with that. Not sure how it lasts, I'm on week three.
