  I found this product to be exceptional in that it provides relief from mild to moderate muscle strain with only a mild antiseptic odor. After massaging the cream into the affected area, one feels a mild warmth that spreads to a small surrounding area. It is comfortable and light feeling. After several hours, the comfort/warmth begins to fade. The cream is non-greasy and washes easily from hands.

  Nice flannel cover over heavy canvas covered heating pad. Good size, I bought the extra large one. It doesn't seem to feel very moist and gets very warm on low but I like it. Usually they don't get warm enough. Very well made heating pad I would give it 4 stars. Karin J. West Virginia

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Well made cover, good size, nice controls. Pad does get very warm on low so I don't know if this is typical of the product or a defect in mine.

  I have purchased both the extra large rectangle shaped and this over the shoulder style, for my professional and personal use, as well as for clients as gifts and for regular use. I highly recommend this product and brand to anyone needing a moist heath heating pad. The 4 settings for time AND temp are excellent and I LOVE that it gets HOT! Just like the temperature settings state, I have not ever used the 2 highest temp settings. Thank you for carrying a great product line at a great price!
