Convenient wrist monitor
As I dislike the sensation of having my upper arm squeezed, this is a welcome alternative that includes a heartrate monitor. The readings appear to be accurate compared with my doctor's equipment. Also, the monitor comes with its own case which is great to toss into a gym or tote bag.
