  • Neck support is too hard and stiff

    I have arthritis in my neck, so I must sleep with a comfortable support under my neck. This pillow looked perfect from the image. However, I could not find information describing the neck support itself on the website. Because the image looked exactly like what I need, I ordered the pillow anyway. Turns out the pillow itself is soft and nice. But the neck support part was very hard and actually made my neck hurt. I tried it two nights and woke up both times with neck pain. I have returned the pillow and had to pay over $$$ for return postage. That sucks.

    This is wonderful pillow for those with neck problems. The lower curvature of the pillow provides good support whether you are lying on your back or on your side. If you don't need neck support, you can flip the pillow and it functions as a regular pillow. Very comfortable!
