  I think this product is perfect for people like me who feel neck ache and headache caused by stiff neck/disc bulges. The device is easy to use. the best position and angle seems to be with the "U" or ring opening facing forward but you can where it facing either direction. It does stretch and elongate your neck relieving any neck pain. One negative is an extremely strong rubber chemical Odor that fills the room when used but over time seemed to reduce some. No big deal as long as you know that this rubber is where the odor is coming from. For the price, to be able to get neck pain relief instantly this is a great compact and portable easy to use device. I love it!

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Excellent quality so far after several uses. I'm a little concerned about the rubber intersection where the tube go's into the device because you have to shove the plastic tube adaptor into it and it stretches the rubber. Hopefuly it won't become worn over time and crack and leak. It was only questionable. so far its great. it just turned white as it stretched.

  I am very happy with my purchase of this product. I had wanted one for a long time. I had previously purchased a battery-operated one that only worked intermittently, so this was a wonderful trade-up. It is very effective and I enjoy using it. The directions were clear and easy. It takes nearly a day to charge it completely, so plug it in as soon as you get it. It has a nice look to it also. I didn't realize when I ordered it that it would come with two heads, so that was a nice bonus as well. I am totally pleased with the product and feel it was a great price.

  I love this at night, you can turn it up to light the corner or turn it down to use as a night light so you don't fall over the dog sleeping on the floor. The crystals have more variety of color in them and the picture does not do it justice, you need to sit and look at it in a darkened room, very peaceful. You can almost get the feel of sitting by a campfire gazing into the embers, and that's a tough thing to do in Wisconsin in the winter.

  I have tried various pads for my 2 aging mini doxies. These are the only ones that they will use without leakage under the pad or missing the pad. They are also excellent for containing urine odor, I brought some to my elderly aunt in the nursing home to try and the nursing home just called to find the brand because they like them so much.
