Headache Pillo
It is a great product if you are a headache sufferer. The pillow can be used with or without the ice pack. It is great support for your neck and head while sitting in an upright chair while reading or watching tv. You can also lay down comfortably with it, while watching tv, reading, resting. I would recommend to anyone who has head and neck issues.

wish it had been filled with other stuff and oculd be microwaved for moist heat, that said tho the ice pak feature works great for my migraines--shipped quickly not bad deal overall
