For the money, the nebulizer is okay. It comes with a recharger and a car charger - items that are usually extra. The metal pieces that hold the (cheaply made) mask on broke immediately. I had a mask I liked better anyway - so I kept the unit. I should have shopped around for sales on an Omron. But, it does dispense the medicine, so it's better than nothing and, for the money, worth keeping for awhile.
