I have naturally curly hair and thought this would be perfect for drying my hair as most hand held hair dryers even with diffusers tend to "fizz" my hair. I've only used this dryer a few times but so far so good, no complaints.
I had purchased a Chi dryer about one and half years ago along with the replacement plan offered by O.co. Dryer worked fine then the heating element stopped working literally in the middle of using it. The return was extremely easy. Lots of power and heat in this little hand held travel hair dryer. This is great for traveling because it is rather compact and packs well, and I keep it in my guest bathroom for overnight company. No problems with shipping or packaging.
