This is the 3rd CHI dryer I've purchased. The first broke just shy of one year and the second broke in six months. I would not have purchased again, but I bought and returned two other blow dryers in the meantime that did not work as well on my fine hair as this one does. So, I finally decided to buy it again, with the 2 yr warranty. I expect it to break again, but honestly notice a difference in how my hair styles using the CHI in comparison to others, so I guess I will deal with it until I find something of better quality. Its too bad the manufacturers haven't found a solution and made an upgrade, because this is clearly a common problem.
This product is very good, I love it. It's a powerfull blow dryer. I have very thick long blonde hair, with my old blow it would take me about 17 minutes to get my hair all the way dry with this one it takes me 10 minutes max!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hair dryer! I have thick hair that's half way down my back. This dryer has plenty of power and I can get my hair smooth with lots of volume. It's well worth the money. The cold shot button is great, it locks in curls when using a round brush.
Excellent travel blow dryer for those that cannot tolerate the inferior quality of hotel dryers. This works well! Less frizz, more shine, quick drying time. It is not as good as my T3 Luxe for at home use, but I did not expect similar quality in something one third the size and price.
Product quiet; a little heavier than I would have liked, but dries my hair fine.
