Great flat iron
VERIFIED PURCHASEI wanted to upgrade from the house brand flat iron I had from Sally. This flat iron heats up quickly and leaves the hair shiny. It is very smooth to use and doesn't catch the hair at all. I took off one star because I wish it had a digital temperature control. It has a dial with temps spread across so it's difficult to know the exact temperature and if you're not careful you can move the dial during use and end up either burning your hair or not getting it straight enough because it's too cool.

She said she thinks it is putting a thickener on each shaft because there is no way her hair could possibly grow in again that thick in just 4 weeks.
