This product heats up quickly and smooths my hair better than any product I have tried. The brand was recommended by my hairdresser. It is a bit expensive but it doesn't burn my hair neither has stands of hair gotten caught in any of the parts of the iron which is what happened with my previous flat iron.

This iron is every bit as good as a GHD -- but at half the price! In ten minutes, this iron gets my frizzy/wavy/curly/poofy disgusting mess of hair into straight frizz-free/shiny/silky/dreamy hair that looks like I stepped out of the chair of one of the best stylists in Hollywood. It also doesn't damage my hair one bit. Chi left me with fried hair and so did GHD cuz there's no temp control. Thank you Overstock -- this is the best iron ever, ever, ever.

Loved the price! This straightener is amazing! I have really curly hair and it makes it sleek and shiny with barely any frizz (my hair will hardly ever be frizz free). Heats up fast and I like that it turns itself off after being on and idle too long. Comes in a nice case too!

Overall, very satisfied with this flat iron. Love the automatic turn off feature and adjustable settings. Hai was recommended by my stylist, and I am so glad I listened. Much better than my previous flat iron. I haven't had it long yet, but so far no complaints or problems.

This is a good flat iron for the price. It heats up within a few seconds, glides through my hair leaving it sleek and shiny. The only thing that I don't like about this flat iron is the cheap look it has.

I bought this flat iron and loved it. My 15 year old daughter loved it too. So instead of fighting for it, I bought her one too. We live in Illinois, and can have alot of humidity. Once you straighten your hair with this flat iron, you are good to go. Bring on the humidity, it doesn't matter.

I had a CHI flat iron and it finally died. I was disappointed that I had to spend the money to purchase a new flat iron. I found the HAI on Overstock and based on the good reviews it received I decided to try it. It comes in a nice case, the iron is easy to use with a very ergonomic design, has a swivel cord, and the plates just glide over my hair. The performance of the HAI just blew the CHI out of the water. I am so happy my CHI expired!

I was at my sisters house on vacation and forgot my chi. When I tried her HAI Elite Nano I was amazed at the difference. It is great! I ordered one immediately.

I have natural thick curly hair which has become pretty un-managable as I've gotten older. (Also have a swirl at the back crown of my head) I have gone through numorous flat irons, all of which were over $100.00 and the Hai Elite Nano XT 1-inch Tourmaline Flat Iron is the best by a far! I love everything about it and would never go back to a Chi after this iron. It is so smooth and it works quickly! It's very light weight and has an auto shut off too. I would recommend this to everyone.Try it :)

I read so many positive reviews on this flat iron and I know several people who use it and love it. So when my CHI finally died I decided to order it. However, during the first use, about half way through my hair the light went out and it cooled off completely. It just did not turn back on after that point. It was very disappointing. I am now trying to return it.
