The product does what it says but... It gets to 400 degrees and literally burns your hair and the lower temperatures don't hold the curl. You MUST alo buy the glove to use this and even then it gets hot. I could not get the very ends of my hair to look right. Ultimately I have abandoned it. I really don't want to fry my hair and my hairdresser was seeing that happen. CAN'T RETURNTHIS SO THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING. It's an expensive curling iron!
