I took one pill per night for the first week and it did the job. The second week I starting using two, but it was less effective. No harmful side effects though, like I've gotten with other laxatives, such as cramping.

If you need help , try this at night and it will get relief by morning. Great stuff, so glad a friend told me about it 2 summers ago. Her Doctor told her to use it.

I feel like a Grandmas rep! I love these products I use. This one is very good, If you don't want discomfort, but need to get regular this is one of the helpers you should try. I wouldn't be without them. I've seen what some harsh laxatives can do and this is not like that, but still very effective if taken as directed.

Nobody paid me,contacted me or otherwise to say anything nice about this product,I've been using it for 2 years and "I drop it like it's hot"every time...uh the weight that is. Great product I'll buy again when I run out.
