Grandma's herb night nervine
I liked it. It made me sleep better. I took 2 capsules before I went to bed and that seemed to work. I don't like the way it smells though. But it's not too bad. Just swallow the capsules with a lot of water.

These did not work for me. They did not help me relax or sleep better at all! I will stick to Melatonin!
