Wonderful product

no relief
I did not notice any change in my menopause problems. I took this for thirty days and never notice a difference. Maybe it takes longer to get into my system but I need immediate relief . I will pass the remaining of the bottle to someone else to try and begin to experiment with other alternatives. .

So far it has not done much, but I can tell it is helping a bit at least I don't spend the entire day sweating.
