Has all the supplements that I wanted no upset stomach that other cleansers often cause. Seems to be a good product. Is made in the USA.Read More
I would not rec this because its too difficult the way you have to take the doses 2 hours before each meal. It does not work with my spontaneous lifestyle. I ordered 3 bottles and messed up the dosage so I had to start all over again and order 2 more bottles to restart because I eat often during the day and its hard to find a block of time of 4 hours where I will have nothing in my stomach. i.e., 2 hours before you eat and 2 hours after you eat you cannot take a dose as it needs to be taken on an empty stomach. Also the garlic flavor repeats on my digestions and sometimes I feel a little toxic, but that may be a sign that it is working? I would try another product in the future. Each time they were nice enough to send me samples of their other products for trial. I did like the herbal sleep aid.Read More
I have been taking these pills and had my stomach hurt for a while after taking it. I think this is good because its working.I would suggest if someone is taking these pills to take something additionally to cleanse your intestines out so that whatever bacteria these pills are killing doesnt go up. Also I like the price, its cheap and its working.Read More

I have tried the product for 3 days now and saw a huge differants. The product works well on kids as well. Alot of yucky stuff came out of my daughter and now she feels light and she said she feels clean on the inside. Love it so much, I will be ordering more!Read More
The price point is lower than other products that do the same. So far good results. My sister and I are happy and we are waiting 14 days before the next round. It is nice that everything is in one tablet. The last time I did this, I had separate bottles of everything and it was quite cumbersome.Read More
I'm in the middle of the 21 day period and so far I am happy with the product. Not sure if it's working yet, but I'm confident it will. This products seems like it would be beneficial to someone regardless of whether they have parasites or not, because it acts like a dietary cleanser. All the ingredients are natural herbs, so it's safe. The only complaint I have is that it's easy to forget to take the product 2 hours prior to eating.Read More
as a kid we were all made to take worm medicine from the drug store, nowdays nobody takes it. With all the pork and meat we eat today people need to flush there system to kill the worms in there body. Your intestines need to be healthy to make your body healthy the walnut in this product will kill them and flush them out. I have used this product and will buy more it does work, the best thing about it ia it is natural and it works gently on the system. I felt better after taking it.Read More
I use this product as a great way to cleans my system after traveling, even if it is in the US. When I travel or change my usual eating habits it sometimes messes me up. After I use this product I am back on track, and for me it is better safe than sorry! I have read up on the reason for the use it once, wait and then use it again, which for some is inconvenient. The first use kills the adult parasites but not their larva (eggs), the time required between use gives the larva a chance to hatch and is like the final and second clean up!Read More

Dietary Supplements Buying Guide
Many people are turning to dietary supplements to support a healthy body and balanced life. Through research, scientists have learned what these nutrients are, how many of them work and how to synthesize them or extract them from plants, making them more widely available through dietary supplements to support public health.

Best Vitamins for Fighting Fatigue
If you're feeling fatigued, your diet may be to blame. A lack of the proper vitamins can leave you tired, even after a good night's sleep. If you find yourself struggling to keep your energy up throughout the day, then you might consider adding vitamins and supplements to your daily routine. Adding vitamins and supplements to your diet can help you fight fatigue and feel more energized. Vitamin A. Vitamin A is an anti-stress vitamin. If your body can't deal with stress properly, you tire quickly. Vitamin A maintains the health of skin, plus the mucous membranes lining your digestive tract, bladder, mouth and lungs. Vitamin A also aids in the production of T cells, which improve your immune system. When your immune system is healthy, you feel more energized. In addition to supplements, you can get more vitamin A by consuming more eggs, spinach and mangos. Vitamin B. Vitamin B is best when taken in the form of a B complex, which includes folic acid, B6 and B12. Vitamin B helps regulate hormones and metabolism. Getting enough vitamin B helps your body efficiently process food and turn it into energy. Vitamin B can also improve your mood. Vitamin B is especially helpful in treating pre-menstrual fatigue and mood swings. B-complex vitamins and fish oil capsules can help your body get enough vitamin B. You can also find high levels of vitamin B in meat, lentils and potatoes. Beer is also a surprising source of vitamin B, though alcohol can limit the body's absorption of vitamins, so consume alcohol in moderation. Vitamin C. Vitamin C is crucial for maintaining your immune system and fighting viruses. Infections, even those unapparent to you, can cause fatigue as your body uses energy to fight them. Vitamin C is also helpful for iron absorption. Because iron deficiency, or "anemia", can result in fatigue, vitamin C is an important part of an energy-packed diet. Fruits and fruit juices are high in vitamin C, as are a wide range of vegetables. Vitamin C supplements are also a great way to get enough vitamin C. Vitamin E. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant, which means that it limits cell damage throughout the entire body. Vitamin E is also necessary for a healthy immune system. Supplements and multivitamins containing vitamin E can boost energy, and vitamin E can also be found in nuts, wheat germ, fruits and vegetables. NADH. NADH is a coenzyme. NADH aids in breaking down food and converting it into energy. If you're lacking NADH, fatigue is often a symptom. In addition to supplements, NADH can be found in fish, poultry and meat. Gingko Biloba. Gingko biloba is an extract from ginkgo leaves. Ginkgo biloba is often used to increase energy levels because it has been shown to increase blood flow in the body. Ginkgo biloba is also an antioxidant. You can find ginkgo biloba supplements or purchase teas and other drinks and specialty foods that are infused with the plant. The Jewish holiday not only involves a thorough cleaning of the kitchen; it also requires special foods for the Seder feast and separate cookware and dishes that you don't use during the rest of the year. Best Vitamins for Women
Even if you maintain a healthy diet and weight and exercise regularly, you still might not feel as though you are getting the nutrients you need to enjoy and keep up with your lifestyle. Women have specific needs when it comes to vitamins, and those needs can change and increase during adolescence, pregnancy and menopause. Let us help you choose the best vitamins and supplements for your lifestyle. B vitamins. B vitamins are water-soluble, which means they are flushed out daily, so they need to be replenished frequently. B vitamins are abundant in a variety of foods, including meat, potatoes and bananas, but many women, particularly vegetarians, may not find themselves consuming a variety of B vitamin-rich foods. Water-soluble vitamins are also compromised when foods are over-processed or stale. B vitamins affect your immune system, metabolism and cell growth, and they have a big impact on your energy levels. Pregnant women should consume extra B vitamins, particularly vitamin B9, which is also known as folic acid. Find your B vitamins together in a B-complex supplement or in a quality multivitamin. Vitamin C. Vitamin C is also water-soluble, so it is important to get plenty each day. Vitamin C is famous for promoting a healthy immune system. In addition, vitamin C is necessary for absorbing iron into the blood. Because women are more likely to develop iron-deficiency anemia, vitamin C is especially important. Vitamin C supplements are available in a range of formulations, and you can also get plenty from food sources. In addition to oranges, vitamin C is abundant in oysters, broccoli and a wide variety of fruits. Vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to the overall health of your body's organs, but its main job is to make sure that the calcium you work so hard to consume gets absorbed properly. Women are more likely to develop bone density complications, so calcium and vitamin D are extremely important for women of all ages. You can get your vitamin D easily from the sun, but if your lifestyle doesn't allow for much sun exposure, you may want to consider adding a vitamin D supplement to your routine. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means it is stored in the body's fat and organs. There is some potential for toxicity when fat-soluble vitamins are over-supplemented. A daily intake of 200 to 400 IU per day is recommended for children and adults, and most vitamin D supplements will provide 400 IU per dose. More than 400 IU per day is not recommended.
