Bad construction
The plastic surrounding the clasp was impossible to remove & once impossibly removed, the clasp broke. Putting it back together again was impossible & probably short lived.

This is useless.
I have had my bracelett since the end of August, and feel no diffferent at all. It was to improve my energy level, and help with pain in neck and back, and there is no change, other than some days I still hurt more than others. I find the bracelett is useless to me, and was a waste of my money. I believe that my 2 year old granddughter who loves braceletts will get more good out of it than me. She has been wanting it, but it was to help me, so I kept it on. Now it is coming off.

How does it work?
When I ordered this band I was skeptical. It was too large for my wrist so I stretched it and have been wearing it on my ankle and I have to admit that I have no pain in that ankle. It convinced me enough that I ordered another one for my other ankle. I'm now a believer.

Unfortunately it is too big for my wrist and I have to keep pushing it up on my arm so that it doesn't flop around. Can't say that I notice a difference yet, but i'm going to stick with it. Can't hurt!
