Bought 5 of these for gifts, but when they arrived I noticed that the magnification mirrors were so distorted, that they can't be used. Reflection only becomes clear at the center of the mag. mirror, even then your nose has to be almost touching the glass. P.S. I have 20/20 vision so if I can't see anything with these, then I can't imagine how anyone else would be able to either. Disappointed, because I've heard good things about Floxite's mirror quality. Maybe these were just a bad batch...

This compact was really nice for the price. I was hoping the outer case would be metal, so that it could be engraved, but it was still a nice quality. The crystals were actually Swarovski, which I didn't notice in the description. It was a reallygood size too, not tiny like some. Overall I was very pleased with this purchase.

This is a dynamite addition to your purse.. It is lightweight and is wonderful for far-sighted people, ie., those 40 and up, as a gift idea.

Pretty mirror - great for travelling, the 10 magnification is great. My only concern is will the jewels fall off and will it scratch easily, Decent mirror for the price.

My son's teacher is a hip young woman that always has her make-up on and is impeccably dressed. This made such a cute little holiday gift! The mirror was very elegant and there were NO "distortion" issues.

The magnifier only worked in the very center of the mirror. if you looked in the mirror anywhere outside of the one inch diameter center it distorted everything. Similar to a mirror in a theme park. I previously bought 5 of this exact item as gifts a few months ago from another supplier and all of them were perfect. perhaps it is this supplier. Hope your luck is better than mine.
