Try it once and you will be convinced.. great for people that have aching back and hips... you can set it and forget it at the speed you like it does the rest. I notice that my heart rate increases when I get on it and I am barely lifting a finger.. but then after 10 minutes on it I feel fantastic. Get one you wont regret it...

Very light, and thickly padded. Can soften the sound of weights very well. Only drawback is that the pads can slip on a hardwood floor. You'll have to use grip or double sided tape to keep the mats in place on a hard wood floor.

I bought this so that my daughter could use her gymnastics mat on our back patio during the summer. So far they work perfectly for this and provide a good non-slip surface to protect the mat and offer a little extra protection for her.

Nice thick padding but can come apart if you are doing vigorous exercises like burpees on it.
