I bought these for the adjustable function. But those little balls are hard to jam in enough, especially for the arthritic hands in my senior exercise class. And then to pull out, ditto. So I have set them in at the longest length and they are fine. The handles are great to hold and work well. SB

Try it once and you will be convinced.. great for people that have aching back and hips... you can set it and forget it at the speed you like it does the rest. I notice that my heart rate increases when I get on it and I am barely lifting a finger.. but then after 10 minutes on it I feel fantastic. Get one you wont regret it...

I do not see any changes in my waist size in my opinion this item is not very effective. I do side bends and twist from side to side this in my opinion is more effective.
