  it took much longer than expected to get all pieces shipped. First one of the three boxes came as obviously damaged. the replacement came but not the correct one. the third time was a chime. along the way, the customer service (Tracey) kept me informed on a daily basis. I have never had such dedicated customer service!! The assembly took a bit longer but relatively easy. The overall quality is acceptable but definitely not superb. it is right for the price I paid, so no complaint. I checked all the electronics and heaters and they all seem to work. I still yet to actual use it due to weather constraint but definitely looking forward to use it often. It looks really great in my deck and I am happy with my decision.
