I have been using the Chi turbo since 2003. One of the last version and now I'll be onto my third of this version. I LOVE the Chi turbo and many friends have purchased them after using mine. HOWEVER, my first one that I bought during cosmetology school lasted 5 years, the last two only a year a piece. So I'd have to say the quality has gone down quite a bit. The last one I bought right here and it lasted just 3 months past the warranty. Looking here at the price, its gone up nearly $$$ since the last purchasing of it. I hope this next one changes my mind or it'll will be time to find a new flat iron of choice.

Great product. I love the settings, it glides through my hair easily and has a nice long cord. It does get really hot so watch that but it takes just a second to straighten my long hair.

This is my third Chi - my first one from Overstock. Most Chi's only last about three years. I got an amazing price and great shipping. Chi is a big name in flat irons and the only one I will use. So from now on I'm saving the difference and buying from Overstock.

The Chi Iron is definitely the best one out there for girls with thick, naturally curly hair. It gets extremely hot in no time and is small enough to store easily. This is the first 1" that I've owned and it has it's own perks. It's much easier to get close to your scalp for those lovely waves that never go away and it curls the end of your hair under or out perfectly. My last Chi lasted me over five years so it's well worth the money!

I have had this for less than 2 weeks and it has already stopped working, right in the middle of straightening my hair, no less.

It was very well accepted by my daughter. CHI was the name recommended to me. My daughter loves it. She stated that iit works well and is good quality.It is easy to use and is great for travel. I will tell all of my friends about ordering though Overstock.com.
