This is my second Chi, the first one I bought is now shared by my mother, so I decided to buy her one for herself. I love the strightner, it may be alot of money to fork out at once but it is well worth it. Just think of all the off brand hair strgihtners you will go through in a 3 year spain, Chi will not let you down!!!!! I have really long hair and before when I used a cheap wal mart brand striaghtner it would take my an hour and a half, now that I have the chi, it only takes me 10 mins at the most. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! I will never buy anything besides CHI!

I bought this flat iorn and was dissapointed that it didn't get my hair straight and sleek as I'd expected. I thought maybe I was using it incorrectly so I took it to my stylist to straighten my hair. She said the reason my hair wasn't getting shiny and straight was because the flat iorn wasn't getting hot enough. Maybe I just got a defective iorn, but I returned it and ordered the CHI Nano with digital heat settings which I think is much better.

I CHOSE THE PINK CHI IRON BECAUSE OF THE BREAST CANCER AWARENESS. I HAVE USED THE CHI IRON'S BEFORE AND THIS CHI IRON DOES NOT SEEM TO GET AS HOT AS THE OTHERS BUT I STILL LOVE IT.
