I bought this one to replace one that I dropped and broke. I had bought a different brand because it had better reviews and was supposed to be better, but I wasted my $$. I should have known and just went with my old favorite. I love that this one comes with a case!!

This is my first CHI and I adore it!! I use it on my hair as well as my daughters and it has proven to work WONDERS on our two very different hair textures!! It straightens the hair beautifully and it is soft, full of sheen and body!! Overstock.com was great with getting it right out to us!! I definitely reccomend it!

ok so my bf purchased this chi for me for christmas & well basically it works like any other chi lol, as for the price ppl trust me u won't find this cute flat iron anywhere else for less i spent months comparing prices & it doesnt get any cheaper! But it's a great buy i mean it heats up really quick & this morning i straightened my hair for school & it only took a few minutes as compared with my past straigheners which took an hour no lie! Ive only had it for a month & some days but it still works great so if your looking at this one; dont hesitate to purchase it it's a great buy! plus my friends are like super jealous because they all have either the blk or pink ones & mines super cute!
