Bought this for my sister 9 months ago. She loves it. She uses it every day before work. It has dropped several time and still works. It heats up in seconds and the bag is great for not having to worry about cooling down (especially with 3 young kids.)

I love my new CHI. I've bought cheap flat irons in the past and my hair would get caught and it never got hot enough to smooth my curly hair out. Love the camo blue too!

I use it a lot and especially when i'm in a hurry, it heats up fast and stays hot leaving your hair silky smooth. The best part is you do not have to wait for it to cool before you put it in the bag, cuz its insulated =D Great buy!!

An excellent choice for anyone! My sister has had a CHI for years now so I thought it was time to invest. This CHI heats up fast, straightens my hair fast and with the carrying case you can pack it fast and go. The Blue Camo CHI is a great choice! And a great deal on Overstock!

This is my first CHI and I picked it after careful deliberation (looking at other flatirons, other CHI's). I love how it comes with the heat-insulated storage bag. The swivel cord is awesome, the cord itself a bit long but at least easy to wrap up after use thanks to the velcro strap. The ceramic heating plates has perfect heat distribution, gets hot fast! As it glides through my hair it goes smooth and soundlessly and produces great results time after time, definitely better compared to my temperamental flatiron from before. I won't say that my hair stays silky straight 100% of the time, but still a greater improvement on keeping away frizz and curls that are inevitable in the humid Florida weather. Can't imagine life without it now. =)

The product came in a timely manner and it seems to be working fine. I got it for my daughter and so far she likes it. I assumed since it was a chi, it would be good. We've only had it for a week, so I'm guessing it will continue to work fine.

The product was exactly as described. It works well, but I wish it had a comb attached to it like my other hair straightener. However, I knew it didn't have one when I bought it. Great product, quick shipping, overall great experience.
