This Chi is definitely one of the best out there to buy!!! If you are having problems with turning it on.... don't worry! All you have to do if it doesn't turn on right away is PRESS THE RED BUTTON ON THE PLUG! There are two buttons on the plug~ a yellow and a red! If you press the red button... it will magically turn on!!! All in all this and all Chis are amazing products.. even if you think that you will never be able to straighten your hair... buy it and see how it works!!! You get a full refund if you don't like it!!! So.. even if you have poofy, curly hair like me, you should buy it to see how great it works!!! I have flat, straight hair in no time!!!
Actually I should have asked my daughter to write the review since this product was purchased for her.
Anyway, I get her feedback on a daily basis so I will pas it on to you. She absolutely loves the straightener! It leaves her hair beautifully shiny and soft.
It doesn't take much time to straighten her hair and best of all, her hair looks healthy.
We would definitely recommend this product.

The Flat Iron is wonderful, it will curl your hair better than a curling iron and they texture of your hair is great. The styling products are fantastic I recommend them to anyone. They make your hair feel like silk.
The Chi hair straightner is awesome. You can't get my hair straight with over the counter retail straightners. I can literally get my course, curly hair straight in half the time and the product that came with it makes my hair soft and less frizzy.
Also, I shopped local beauty suppliers and I paid 40% less for my Chi.

To be honest, I really like this flat iron, it works great but it doesn't last!. I bought this on Sept 07 and now it stopped working! The on light doesn't even recognize the on switch anymore and it won't heat up. Sigh....
