I have REDICULOUSLY INSANE naturally curly hair. Now...I am talking CURLY, and needless to say, frizzy. I HAD a $30 flat iron to straighten my hair and it worked "ok", but my hair was still frizzy and really not all that straight. I was very reluctant to buy such an "expensive" item without knowing for sure that it worked better. My new CHI from Overstock is the best thing EVER! My hair actually gets STRAIGHT, and looks SHINY and silky, not all dried out and dull like it did after using my old flat iron. With very unruly hair, I have tried a jillion hair care products, and I LOVE the products that came with my CHI! My hair feel SO soft and smells great! And you simply CANNOT beat the price! I have seen the CHI retail "on sale" elsewhere for around $149-169...and that is without the solution! For those out there with wild curly hair like mine who are hesitant to dump more money, yet again, into something that "might" work , this really is a MUST HAVE! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Overstock!!!

I have nothing but praises for Overstock.com and CHI. The product is amazing and I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. Plus it is pink, so what's not to love?!?! This is my second CHI iron in six years and I've tried cheaper imitations and they are exactly that... CHEAP! CHI is the best on the market and Overstock.com had the best price and the delivery time was great too!

I know this seems like a lot of money to spend on a flat iron( I felt the same way). Ladies, this is not your drugstore flat iron! My hair is naturally straight but tends to get a little frizz and fly aways. Although the drugstore iron I've been using flattens my hair, it never was sleek and shiny. With this iron, ALL my little fly aways are smoothed down and my hair is super shiny and silky. Also, my ends do not break or split! When I opened the package I was skeptical, it looked kinda cheapy to me. But I changed my mind when I used it. By the way, THIS DOES NOT HAVE A TEMP. CONTROL, only an off/on switch. (the CHI Turbo has a temp control). The products that come with it are nice, I really love the silk infusion on wet or dry hair. Try it, you wont be disappointed!

My daughter is thrilled with her new Chi and the styling products which came with it. I figured that I saved about $80.00 by purchasing through Overstock. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to by a Chi straightener.

I love this flat iron and wish I would have spent the money on it first instead of trying cheaper versions. It makes my hair feel like silk. It doesn't pull my hair and I love the swivel cord. Anybody who straigthens their hair regularly needs to get this product to minimize styling damage.

I love my pink CHI! it heats up so fast and straightens my hair so well. Before I got the CHI I used an off name straightener and it took me 1 hour and 30 min. to straighten my hair! I would totally recommend this straighter. I also love it because it's pink and cute!

I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a Chi and products to go with it. If you can do without the additional products, you can probably find just the Chi iron by itself for a cheaper price. I love the fact that it's pink and some of the proceeds are donated to the Breast Cancer Society.

It's now 3 years old and works like the day we got it. Doesn't snag the hair and heats up quickly.

This Chi is definitely one of the best out there to buy!!! If you are having problems with turning it on.... don't worry! All you have to do if it doesn't turn on right away is PRESS THE RED BUTTON ON THE PLUG! There are two buttons on the plug~ a yellow and a red! If you press the red button... it will magically turn on!!! All in all this and all Chis are amazing products.. even if you think that you will never be able to straighten your hair... buy it and see how it works!!! You get a full refund if you don't like it!!! So.. even if you have poofy, curly hair like me, you should buy it to see how great it works!!! I have flat, straight hair in no time!!!

Actually I should have asked my daughter to write the review since this product was purchased for her. Anyway, I get her feedback on a daily basis so I will pas it on to you. She absolutely loves the straightener! It leaves her hair beautifully shiny and soft. It doesn't take much time to straighten her hair and best of all, her hair looks healthy. We would definitely recommend this product.

The Flat Iron is wonderful, it will curl your hair better than a curling iron and they texture of your hair is great. The styling products are fantastic I recommend them to anyone. They make your hair feel like silk.

The Chi hair straightner is awesome. You can't get my hair straight with over the counter retail straightners. I can literally get my course, curly hair straight in half the time and the product that came with it makes my hair soft and less frizzy. Also, I shopped local beauty suppliers and I paid 40% less for my Chi.

I have been waiting for my chance to buy a CHI for a long time... I was so excited to see them on here... you have no idea! It is the best straightner I have ever tried. hands down. I can flip it out, curl it under, and do no damage to my hair. it is wonderful. I love it! AND IT IS PINK! and it has accessories! what more can you want? you should totally buy it~ JO

It works great and it is easy for me to tell the difference between my chi and my friends when we travel.

I love this flat iron, for one, its Pink! It heats up very quick, but it only has one heat setting, no high or lows its just turn on and the heat is on! Has a cool lil LED light that flashes when fully heated, which I need to say again, was fast. Nice plates, and materials, the description said ceramic and rubber...I found the materials to be more like ceramic plates and a metal type pink body with a heat resistant pink paint or something like that. not as 'rubbery' as the description. The CHI hair care products that came with it were awesome! Overall very good product, and the CHI hair care products were wonderful, but shop around if you want more features like heat settings. By the way, the cord is awesome and long, hard to tangle and it dont form to the way it was packaged, it straightens out. I would (and have already) recommend to friends!

I bought the Chi flat iron in pink and I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!! My hair is so much more soft and healthier since I have been using it. All the other irons I have used, broke my hair, but not this one! I do not have to cut my hair as often, which saves me money! Thank so much for an awesome product! I will recommend this to anyone! great straightener from a great brand. the pink case is not as sturdy as the classic black. if i had to do over - i would buy the black.

I've had the flat iron for about a month now and use it everyday. I love it and the products that came with it and the color is great. I would definitley order the products again when they run out. Obviously I am very happy with my purchase.
