I've gone through many hairdryers in my life, but this is by far, the best! Drying time is cut in half; not as loud as most dryers; fairly lightweight; long cord; hair stays straighter for a longer period of time, than with most dryers! I would definitely recommend!!

This blow dryer ROCKS!!!! I have thick curly hair and normal hair dryers would take 45-60 minutes for my hair to dry. Now I have cut my drying time down to 15-20 mins. I never have to walk out the door with a wet head anymore especially in the winter. I will be purchasing a chi iron very soon.

I was skeptical of this since the price was $100 cheaper from most places and $50 cheaper from other places. Once I received it, it was brand new, not refurbished, in original box, and was an exact replacement of what I already had. It works perfectly and I am totally satisfied.

This is a fantastic hairdryer -- I love the long cord, the quiet motor, and the fact that this doesn't fry my hair like many other dryers I've owned. I was a bit taken aback at spending so much for a dryer, but it came highly recommended from my stylist and was worth every penny.Until it broke.Like many other reviewers, I had only had the dryer for seven months when it stopped blowing hot air. Overstock issued me a refund, so I am quite happy with their customer service. But now I am back to using my older dryer and in the market for another new one, and I can't decide whether to go back to this dryer or not. I'm thinking about another one from the same brand, just not this particular dryer.Bottom line ... great dryer if you're willing to spend the money, but be aware that there seems to be a defect with this particular dryer, and you might wind up replacing it sooner than you want.

I love this hair dryer. I had another CHI before this one the model below this one and it died when I dropped it too many times... I am guessing. I knew it was a good brand since I bought it originally since my hairstylist had one and loved that she could do my hair soooo fast. So when I needed to get a new one I knew what I wanted.... I have to say that I can blow dry my hair in about 10 to 15 mins instead of 30 45 mins like other cheaper ones. Night and day. I have long hair and could not be happier with this product!!!
