Fabulous! The Chi Pro dries hair quickly and is light weight, quiet, easy to hold, and simple to operate with its high/low/off switch. The attachments are sturdy and the cord is long. I'm very pleased with it!

I had wanted a good, commercial quality blowdryer forever. My hairdresser has a CHI and swears by their products. It is very quiet and seemed well made. I have thick, naturally curly hair that I blow dry straight and the dryer did the trick well for a couple of weeks. But after only 15 or so uses, the dryer started blowing nothing but cold air. I live in the Rocky Mtns at an elevation of 8,000 plus and like to dry my hair with WARM air! It's got to go back. Overstock as usual is a DREAM to deal with. I was worried because my order date was just over 30 days but since it took about a week to get to me, I haven't had it the full 30 days. They emailed me a pre-paid return label and I anticipate a full refund. The reviews on the product are great....perhaps I just got a rare lemon.

The only reason i didn't give it a 5 stars it was because i was expecting another extra speed, however the way it is, it is just perfect, it dries my hair in a matter of 10 minutes, before I was spending 25 minutes to have it dry. My hair is soft and shinny.

I love this hair dryer. It's just what I needed. Expensive, yes, but should last for years. I'm used to high-power dryers that boast serious wattage (like 1850), but came to realize (after several years of fighting tangly hair) that the high-power hair dryers actually create more tangles, and make it harder to manage hair. And they don't necessarily dry your hair anymore efficiently -- they just blow it around a lot. What I needed was a high-heat, low-power dryer, which is what this is. In other words, air flow is softer and quieter, but good heat gets the job done quickly, and leaves my hair manageable. Also not *too* hot as some of the more high-end dryers are.

After only owning this hair dryer for 14 months my motor has completely died. After about 12 months, the motor slowly started to dry at less power and eventually smoked and died. I used the dryer once a day and expected it to last longer for its price. I was disappointed about the quality. It worked well while the motor worked.

I first purchased this hairdryer about 9 months ago. I have very thick hair and noticed that by the time I finished drying my hair, it didn't look half as good as when my stylist finished. One reason, obviously, was because I wasn't a professional stylist, but the other half was because I wasn't using the professional-quality tools that my stylist used. So, I decided to cough up the cash on a 'good' dryer. I was not disappointed! It dries my hair in half the time and my hair is very shiny when I'm done. The dryer became so popular in my home that I was having to fight my two daughters for it, so I ordered another one (even though the price had gone up since my original purchase!) for their bathroom. My second one came in with a small flaw in the housing of the unit and made a rattling sound when turned on. I got online with Overstock and they made the return unbelievably easy! After reporting to them that I wanted to exchange this second dryer for another one, they sent me a return UPS label the next day and before I even got my return to the UPS pickup site, I had another dryer on my doorstep!!! How wonderful is that? So, all this to say that this is a fabulous hair dryer and Overstock is a fabulous company. Hope this helps you make up your mind about your purchase.

Wow. I was not excited about the price, but I decided to give this blow dryer a try. I'm glad I did. It's quiet and my hair dried quickly...with no frizz! Thanks O. I'd buy this one again.

I just purchased this blow dryer and it works great. It nice and hot and I can dry my hair in 5 minutes. It leaves your hair soft and smooth. The motor is pretty silent and the dryer cools down really quickly so you can put it away right away. I would recommend it to others.

This is a great dryer...excellent for long and thick hair. I use it almost every day and love it. Quiet sound and powerful enough to dry in less time than a regular dryer...perfect for those of us that take forever to dry our hair!

LOVE the Chi dryers but they are cheaply made and do not last long. They are amazing while they work ...which is not long . You can send back to manufacturer to be repaired for a fee but you have to HAVE your reciept and they don't like fixing it if you did not purchase from a professional salon, Ulta, etc.

This is hands down the best hairdryer I've every owned, and I have had many over the years. It dries you hair extremely quickly and is very powerful. The time I save every morning is invaluable. Also, I have noticed that my hair looks healthier and shinier since I've been using this dryer compared to other I've used. This one has lasted a long time, but once it breaks I will purchase the exact same one again.

I only use Chi hairdryers (and flat irons). They are the finest hair dryers around, in my opinion. You won't fry your hair with this dryer - and it takes you half the time to dry your hair. Yes, the Chi brand is pricey - but this is definitely one of those cases where you get what you pay for, and with this brand, it's worth it. The bonus is that you can always find these hair dryers at substantially less on Overstock than in a beauty salon or store. I have been using Chi products for close to ten years now. I am on my third hair dryer in ten years. I would say you might need to replace them every 4-5 years. If you use your hair dryer every day - that's a lot of use and imho, not unreasonable to expect to have to replace it. If you don't use it as much you might get a lot more life out of the hair dryer. Definitely a great product, and as always with Overstock, great price and great shipping!

I love this hair dryer. I have very curly hair and the low heat option really helps my hair not get frizzy. The diffuser piece really allows my hair to dry and keep the curls so I don't look like a chia head.

My husband LOVES how quiet this hair dryer is - and it really is worth the extra money. I find it does a much better job than my old conair that finally bit the dust. I do wish it came in some more cute colors like their straighteners. Can't go wrong with Chi!
