My daughter bought the same Chi at a Department store and I loved it after using it. I found the same one on Overstock 40 dollars cheaper!! Love it!!

This product burned my hair off and I do not have thin hair. It took almost a year to repair.

Nice product, works great. Only negative I could think of is the price was a bit high which is unusal for overstock. I found the same exact item elsewhere for much cheaper. Other than that I am happy with this purchase.

Every time I use this flat iron, some of my hair gets stuck in the plates and it pulls a few strands of hair out.

I never had a chi before. ive always just bought cheaper ones. the one i use now works pretty goo but causes alot of static in my hair. The stylist i go to for hair cuts has a chi and it always makes my hair look amazing, so i decided to buy one. i was kind off disapointed to see it takes to weeks for me to get my straightner. hopefully its worth it!

This product is awesome. I bought a CHI 2 years ago, and after about 1.5 years I started realizing that a new one would be nice; however my original one still worked. I bought this online and it is so adorable, has a cord wrap, and the CHI lettering is in crystals. I have medium length and curly hair, and it works well.

My last CHI flat iron took a 5 year beating as it traveled state to state with me and also lasted through all of college. When it finally died I made the choice to replace it with this particular CHI flat iron and was happy to have my favorite styling tool back! I haven't found a better flat iron yet!

My old flat iron finally gave up on me and I decided it was time to go with a Chi, since everyone I know has been raving about them. I was a little thrown at first, since it only has an on/off switch and no heat settings, but I quickly found that I didn't need them at all. I'm now completely in love with this flat iron. It makes my hair so much smoother than any other I've tried, and I only have to go through my hair once instead of the multiple times I had to use my old flat iron. It was definitely worth the money.

This flat iron is the best I have ever owned. Not only is it pretty, but it heats quickly and makes my hair perfect so my styles last a long time. The cord is long and swivels so i don't worry about reaching an outlet or getting tangled. This was an extra bonus for me as I got two bottles of polish! I would recommend everyone buy a CHI as they are the standard all the other companies try to achieve.

This product is AMAZING! I've used other straighteners before, but this one blows all others I've ever used out of the water... The texture and look of my hair after I use this for straightening is shiny, smooth and straight. I would always buy the conair straightener because it costs half the price of this one... I've gone through so many of those types that I finally decided to purchase a better higher priced product and I wish I would have done this sooner!
