GREATEST flat iron in the world. I was using a Hard Core flat iron from TIGI, which I thought was good, but it doesn't even compare to this. My hair is COMPLETELY straight, and stays straight all day, and even the next. The Chi Silk Infusion actually arrived as 'So Silk'....not sure if it's the same product or not. I actually love the stuff, and will definitely use it again. Really gives me that 'just from the salon' look that I never could accomplish myself. You absolutely do get what you pay for with Chi products, and this is a steal. I'm definitely going to buy a couple more as gifts.
The Chi Irons I purchased leaves your hair silky smooth and bone straight. There is very little snagging of the hair. The Silk Infusion oil leaves your hair with a Shiny healthy look and a wonderful smell. You need very little oil. The combination is wonderful for short to long hair.
Our family will only use the Chi Staightner because it straightens your hair the best leaving it soft and silky. We have just one concern with them, the electrical cord attached to the straightener has a tendency to malfunction with in a year of purchase. We have had this problem for 3 straight years. We hope they work this issue out.
