Why did you choose this product?
At first I was not sure if it was anything special and questioned if it was the best selection / good value. It only has the 2 speeds of low and high and one pre-set heat setting with the cool shot button, but that is all I really ever use on my fine straight hair anyway. Now, after using it every day for about 2 weeks, I am very pleased that I bought it. For my use, the high setting and heat level is perfect and it is VERY light and pretty quiet. Although I do not notice a significant reduction in drying time, my hair has a smoother texture and softer look -- even in Florida's summer humidity. I am happy I bought it and overall feel it is a good value. .I would give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Not worth the money This is my second FHI hair dryer. The first one started to arc and flash blue electric light. It was 3 years old and FHI would do nothing to help repair it. I ordered this one and within a week of receiving it, the low setting button stopped working

FHI Hair Dryer The hair dryer had a funny smell at first but it went away after about a week of use. It dries much faster than my old hair dryer and leaves my hair super soft. The straightening comb is awesome! My hair is naturally straight and it smoothes my hair and gets rid of fly-aways. This is by far the best hair dryer I've ever used!!
