Can I use this emulator with success on my legs and under my arms?

Epilady products remain high standard This is my 3rd Epilady - the first one lasted 5 years, the second one lasted 10 years, so although the cost may seem high, this product costs less than $8 per year - what other method can beat that? When I first started using an Epilady it was a bit painful, but now the hairs are so fine I barely feel anything. If you have been waxing, then this product is a perfect alternate and not as messy.
