    I like the idea that this epilator is electric. It works OK and doesn't cause facial skin redness but doesn't remove thick facial hairs. My other battery epilator removes facial hair completely but it gets expensive replacing batteries.

    I had a battery operated one, and I decided to "clean it" and the gears all came apart and I couldn't put it together again. This one is consistent in either speed and works well. It gets the toughest hair and makes things smooth again.
