the thing works, though the best effect is in the first few minutes you wear it for the first time. i had a bunch of my friends try it on, so far we've seen hands twitching, feet twitching, high feeling, giggling, happier mood, etc. only down side i could see is that the band collects lint easy, and when they said "small" (refering to the size) they weren't kidding. oh and the postal service people smashed the tube it came in.
