It might hurt but it's tolerable.
I purchased the purple emjoi light caress and totally loved it. I wanted to buy the exact same one for my sister but they didn't have it anymore so I went ahead and purchased this product. My sister liked it but she said it hurts everytime she uses it. She uses it on her underarms anyway but she said that the pain is tolerable. I told her that it's only in the beginning and she'll get used to it. Mine didn't hurt because I've been waxing my underarms before I started using epilator. So if you have low pain tolerance or is not used to waxing/tweezing your underarm hair, I strongly suggest to start waxing/tweezing your hair now so you can get used to the pain before starting to use this product.

time consuming, battery life low,
i was excited at first!! No more shaving/waxing, but it is time consuming, and the battery life is low, for example only got to do one leg completely til battery life was low. just too time consuming mybe i have to practice with the motion in which i hold the epilator to get better coverage of extractions . Plan ahead and do this on a weekend so u wont be left with diff parts of body w/ diff levels of hair regrowth :/ i feel like a chiapet LOL
