mth from Austin, TX, Rating:2.0I am always looking for something to help me relax and I thought this might give me a cheap option in between massage sessions. I do tend to be very sensitive to energy, but this is the most adverse reaction I have had with anything ever. First the product covering, controls, and the overall amount of sensation seems fairly good, especially considering the price. What is not clear from the description is that there is no control over which vibration configuration will be applied; the mat goes through all the varying configurations regardless of what is selected. I thought maybe the designers had a purpose in the order of the configurations, but I later decided it was a simple cost control measures. Ultimately when I got done my pelvis tremored/vibrated on its own and I felt unbelievably odd. It was as if the configuration of vibrations had short circulated my natural energy flow, but again, I do tend to be very sensitive to energy. I gave this to a woman at work who is extremely...

gabbi123 from Dallas area, Texas, Rating:4.0There's not a lot to say about a black cushion. It's exactly as presented. It has the right contour for my purposes. It seems to be well made. It's a nice black cushion that does the job I need it to do. Do you need any more than that?

patranella2 from PNW, USA, Rating:2.0My number one concern is that the heat switch can be left on with only the tiniest of red dot lights to let you know it's was not turned off. The top of the massager doesn't heat up, even though the picture shows it does. It has a separate on/off switch from the massager. So, it's easy to turn of the massager which is noisy without turning off the heat source. This has happened twice at my house. My nieces are student athletes, so they like to use it. But, forgot to unplug or turn of the heat switch. Later, I'll find it to be extremely hot (and extremely unsafe) with no idea how long it's been on. It frightens me that my 3 yr old nephew will get ahold of it when it's hot and be burned. Heck, it burned me. I realize these are issues we can work on, however I truly believe the manufacturer should recall these and set the heater up to auto turn off after a period of time. This is how irons work, electric hair products, etc. Until something has been changed or you are absolute...

barbger from Palm Springs, CA, Rating:5.0This is a great relaxing treat. The only problem is that I have to fight my husband for it. He also enjoys it.
