The seat was for a family member for their new house and large shower. It came and the wooden seat was broken- I went through HOOPS to get another before Christmas. The day before it arrived- another broken seat- The wooden seat has holes when the water can drain- any one who does any kind of wood working would know that the wood grain should be the opposite direction. I was so sad as it looked nice and would have been the perfect gift :-( Sent back and will NOT order another! Drive Medical was helpful to get the 2nd one to me Overstock- I chatted 5 times and later finally talked to a Manager to get the results needed and found out that all the chats- NO ONE ever followed up on my complaint! That alone saddens me as over the years I have ordered LOTS of things at Overstock!

Bought it for husband who likes to sit in shower under cold water to cool off. This is just what he needed and being height adjustable was good because he's tall.
