I bought this for my grandmother. It comes in really handy, however it would not withstand daily use. she weighs about 130 and I would not recommend anyone above 150 even attempt to use it. it is very small and lightweight which is nice since I have a very small hatch back car and it fits right in the backseat of the car.

My son has cerebral palsy and is 5'10" and 120 pounds. He has been able to get around our house by crawling but his ability to do that has diminished greatly in the past 6 months. We purchased this chair to have an alternative to his rather wide (cambered wheels) wheelchair that rubbed against our door frames. This chair is simply amazing for the price. It's lightweight, narrow and made very well. He is able to transfer in and out of the chair and we found that we could leave the footplate/hangers off the chair because he just holds his feet up. We will only be using this chair indoors to help him get from room to room but it would make a great chair for travel around the community. It folds up easily and can be picked up with one hand, very lightweight. I can't say enough about this wheelchair. As a teacher for children with severe and multiple disabilities I will be recommending this chair as an option for those who can't afford a wheelchair modified van or who just need an alternative for travel. It's simply an incredible deal for the price.

what a terrific option this chair provides. when a wheelchair is too big and cumbersome, this chair fits the bill. easy, light, etc. AND, dealing with overstock.com was simple and efficient.

For the price, this is an excellent wheel chair. The seat is small, but adequate for most people

This is my first purchase from Overstock. The wheelchair is easy to fold and place in my trunk yet it is very sturdy. It makes moving my mother around the house very simple. The product was half the price I was quoted at our local store.

I like the chair but it is probably made for a child or very small adult. It fits me perfectly, but I have a small frame. The arm rest came loose and a screw cover came off the first day we used it. Besides that, it was light weight and easy to maneuver.

This wheelchair has worked out great for my mother . It is only 17 inches so it fits through tight doorways in her older home. It is very light weight and folds well for the car. The durability of the folding back releases is questionable and seems a little flimsy but we've had no trouble so far. I would highly recommend this chair.

A GREAT value. My Mom is 90 years old. This chair enables her to continue to enjoy moving around and shopping with me.

This is a great product at a wonderful price. I had wanted wheel chair for my 86 year old Mother for a long time. I was always discouraged because most of them weigh so much. This one is no different from lifting a stroller in to the trunk. It operates very smoothly. The nurse at my Mom's doctor was totally impressed. She sees people come in with heavy hard to operate wheelchairs that cost hundreds of dollars. She could not believe what I had payed for this one. It is for a small person--fits my Mom perfectly and she weighs about 120 and is about 5'2. I wanted Mom to have something different from black or grey so ordered the RED with a little apprehension. The color is beautiful although I wouldn't describe it as a true red it looks exactly like the metallic cranberry that you see on cars. I had to laugh when the instructions said to polish it with car wax!! My only reget is that I didn't have this 5 years ago.

Why oh why did I wait so long to get this! What a God send! My family wanted to know how I found the only wheel chair where you have to be pushed but I love that it's small and light.

The size, color and weight are perfect. My mother, whom I bought it for, likes pretty things and the red is just that. I can roll it into a closet because it folds easily, including the back of the chair. I don't need help lifting it into the trunk of my compact vehicle because it's light weight. My mother is pleased with it's appearance and it's simple to push and stow. Another product from Overstock that I am happy with.
