I recieved this in September for a bathroom remodel and just had it installed last month (january). I did not personally install it but my contractor said it went in very easily. I love the fold up seat and the look. All very high quality in my book. A nice addition to our new bathroom!

So glad I bought this seat instead of a grab bar. The wood will match the rest of the wood of the cabinet and mirror and vanity. I couldn't have done a better job. And just the right size and doesn't take up alot of room. LOVE IT>
