  These are perfect for my Mom who needs assistance. We use them with light-weight pull-ups and are able to discard these when soiled which is much easier than changing the pull-ups.

  These are excellent briefs. They really are extra asorbent and do hold more liquid. They do not have to be changed as frequently during the night as the standard briefs.
