Hardest thing to do with minimal instruction
This is my first vaporizer and this product came with very little instruction on how to use it, not to mention grammatical mistakes on the instruction sheet. The glass part came cracked, which indicated poor manufacturing. I really have nothing positive to say about this product and I am deeply disappointed.
