What an ingenious idea! I carry it in my car and if I have more than a glass of wine I test myself..........So far so good but it's a good check before I drive.........Wonderful invention! Would definitely recommend!

We bought this breathalizer because our older son would come home with changes in the way he acted and we suspected it was because he was drinking. After testing him the unit gave a read out that was acurate to how bad his behavor became; the more drunk he was the higher the reading. It was easy enough to know if he'd had a little bit or a lot to drink.There was no lying with this unit and worked just as well as the expensive units.

Very interesting. I have always wondered what my blood alcohol was after a glass or two of wine AND how it dissipates over time. This product is very easy to use.

Great product for the price. The one thing i noticed is that you need to wait about an hour between uses. First time accuracy seems to be exact but the more you blow into it the accuracy seems to be a little off because the humidity seems to effect it as you say in your instructions. Overall great value and i am buying a bunch of these as christmas gifts. Thank you Overstock.

I bought this for a holiday party that I was holding this past weekend. I collected my guests keys and had them blow a clean score to get them back. It made me feel more at ease and my guests called and showed their appreciation the next day.We should all take a little time and invest in one of these, you could save the life of another some day.

Bought this for a 21st Birthday gift and it was a hit! It was quite accurate as we tested it with no alcohol use, with 1 drink and with eh -ummm a few! It has to reset after each use so if you pass it around at a party for fun you do have to wait a bit. But... that is not what we purchased it for. It should be used as a precaution on an individual bases. Still, all in attendance loved it, had fun with it and wants to purchase one!

This is a "fun" little breathalyzer but I do not believe it to be accurate. I have been playing around with it and it seems to register way too high if you just consumed alcohol even if you rinse your mouth with water first. That is better than registering way too low. It just might keep you on the straight and narrow. That is why I would recommend it to others.

We have used this on a few occasions, mostly just to see the rating for kicks and grins. Recently, we got pulled over and the driver had 2.5 beers over a four hour period. The police officer had the driver perform the sobriety tests, and decided to let us go. But just before she released us, she had the driver do the breath test and hers read 0.01. She let us go, but before we drove away, we used the Digital Breath Alcohol tester just to see the difference. It also read 0.01. So we are pleased with its accuracy.

This is a great product. I bought this for my husband for a christmas present and he loves it. He always tells me that he is good to drive because he knows his limit, but i never believed him. Now, I always have proof. It comes in really handy.

The breath alcohol tester is a bit inconsistent. It is a fun toy for any party and does pick out who is past the legal limit.

Be careful, even when you use Listerine mouthwash, it will tell you not to drive..... something that helps, not 100% accurate.

This is good to have on hand. Easy to use and carry.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. I thought it would be fun to play around with when we had friends over drinking. The breathalyzer only detects alcohol. It doesn't give you an accurate reading. This item would be good for a mom who is trying to see if her kid who just got home has been drinking. It is not accurate though if you are just trying to see what your blood alcohol content is.
