Shiritaki rice
I have eaten plenty of shiritaki noodles, but thought I'd try the rice. Personally, I did not like the size and texture of the rice. The "grains" are about the size of a pencil earer in diameter, round, thicker than the the noodles. They did not seem to hold flavor as well as the noodles, and it seemed I need to add a lot more to the flavoring to get past the size and texture. Not a winner, won't re-order the rice.
