best cotton pads These are the best cotton pads and, currently, overstock has them at the best price. They have a rougher side and a smoother side. The rougher side really gets in your pores to remove whatever is you're trying to remove. They are made in layers and the layers do start to separate a little after scrubbing a bit, but they last long enough to be satisfied with their quality. No fibers are left on your face after use and they don't fall apart in the middle like some of the other pads I've purchased.
