    This item is like a toy, good for playing and learning how to handle an otoscope. It already comes with some speculums, but when you run out of those, the regular office speculums do not fit on this otoscope. If you are on an extreme budget, then this is the right otoscope for you, but if you want to invest in a tool that you can use for years to come, then buy a real otoscope.
